Step IT Up

Step IT Up is a UST initiative. It is a unique talent acceleration program that gives an opportunity to the disadvantaged and underrepresented communities in Australia. To help build sustainable careers in the tech world by training and skilling up the participants in various areas of emerging technologies. The program is fully funded by UST Australia, and the participants are even paid to do the training. Successful graduates of the training program will be placed at one of our client partners to build up their experiences in the corporate world, and potentially be offered a full-time position at the end of the internship.
